Gold Rush this morning. I got a HUGE 2nd place run in the 3000 meters. My time was 9:47, which according to Conti converts into a 10:37 2 mile. Which is crazy fast compared to my fastest ever 3200(2mile) which was last year at state quals, which was a 11:10. Also had a 31.1 200IH, which is THE most random event ever.
