That's why you try your best, out of all your classes, NOT to fail any English classes because that just fucking SUCKS having to make it up. Since, you know, you have to have 4 years of English. Is this the only trimester of 9th English that you failed?
Cute ;)Well, this kid in the class came up to me and asked me if Jem was a kid (If you've never read the book, Jem is in fact a child.). So naturally, I said "No." The guy was like "I don't believe you." And I kept telling him that Jem was an adult. Long enough for him to go up and ask the teacher. He came up to me and was like "He IS a kid!" and I respond my saying "No he's not..." and the kid was like "NUH UH!" And he goes up to the teacher and asks him AGAIN!
That's really strange, that you're reading To kill a Mockingbird, because my class is too, yet I'm only in 7th grade. o.0;;
I think Jem is about 9-ish...at least, in the beginning. We're not that far in that I know of, and I would've read ahead if I could find my copy and wasn't reading so many other books. (I want to spoil it for you if you haven't finished it yet.
