so just about right after I finished complaining about how horrible I felt things began climbing back out of the toliet and have evened out into a nice plateau. yes, my journal is ugly..it looks like some horrible sweatshirt hosting ugly school colors.

But, anyway. I'm depressed, again. I feel fat. Fat enough to stop eating. I've chewed my nails so far they've started bleeding.

and meanwhile they're staring at me from that neat little bottle on the counter..waiting until I finally cave.
