It's that time again, when I notice how extremely lazy I can be. I don't like it, but I get too lazy to do anything about it. I need to start getting up earlier, I won't have to rush to wake up and get ready for work. I'll start off slowly. I used to do yoga here and there and its enjoyable. the relaxation of it all is very calming. but, pilates is a bit much, discomfort and too fast, granted I went to a pilates class once at lifestyles gym(for freeee) but, they played mariah carey and other pop tunes so it sucked the calming aspect out of it. haha, give it a whirl! it makes you poop and feel grood!
