Dan paces through the length of the room, past the foot of the bed, eyes darting in every direction. After a moment, he pulls his notebook out from under the bed.

I'm not a claustrophobic, by any means, but right now I feel caged in. I need to get out. I can't stay here, I can't stay in this room, in this building.

Dan enters the room with a smirk dancing across his lips. Nate isn't in there, and his shower things are gone. Dan flops across the bed and stares up at the ceiling, his grin refusing to go away. When he speaks, his voice is low and somewhat malicious.
