Loved these. The last one was hilarious. I didn't scroll down to see the whole picture, so at first I thought maybe Reid was gonna say something about the shoes he was wearing. But yeah, the longer hair definitely needs to go!

The sad thing is, the hair in that picture isn't even the worst I've seen it. I don't know why he seems to prefer the most unflattering cuts/styles possible.
