So, saw a studo flat in Shepherds Bush last night and accepted it. It's 10 minutes walk from work, 10 minutes from the nearest tube station and 25 minutes nightbus from Camden / Tottenham Court Road

on Thursday i go to Tallinn, Estonia for 5 days. It's a stag do so it may get a bit messy. man i gotta sort stuff before then.

yeh thats like $2800 deposit! Actually its really 6 weeks rent deposit + 1 month rent in advance + stupid admin fee.

but still, i have to give to them in CASH! where the f#ck do i get that kinda cash by tomorrow?! sh#t.

p.s. housing in stupidly cheap in the states. London rent is comparible to Central Manhatten NYC, its a bit of a nightmare really.

Yeah, I'm only $665/month with a $200 deposit and the first month free in West Houston. It was even a lot cheaper in Lubbock.

it's no where near as nice as your flat! it's just a studio - the open plan room is probably similar size to your living room maybe? but yeh, it will be cool!

Well once you move in it'll look so much nicer. I wasnt so keen when I first saw that flat but I think it looks great now.

Its still going great here, Dan and I have bought cook books, although I havent used mine lol but I have started cooking though.

More important you know have King Solomon's, which does some of the finest meze and Chicken Shish known to man, and is right next to Bush Hall. There's also the double wammy of Nepalese wonderment on Goldhawk Road, Rajput and Kahtmandu Inn. Both are sublime.

Oh, and you're only a 10 minute train journey from me too, weekends drinking coffee in Portobello Market methinks :)
