answering phones

I started answering the phones on Thursday. That first call I got, I was sooo nervous. I can't explain why. I mean, I've worked with customers in every job I've had. Dr. Herring is really good. Most orthodonists are perfectionists though and keep them on longer than expected. But Herring was good and not too expensive.

Hey! Thanks for the info. I didn't even know there was another orthodontist here! I'm not really going to complain about how long the braces are on there as long as my teeth are fixed!
