I started answering the phones on Thursday. That first call I got, I was sooo nervous. I can't explain why. I mean, I've worked with customers in every job I've had. Phil said something to me the other day that really made my life. :) haha. No, but seriously, it made me happy. He just let me know how proud he was of me for working and paying off my cards, etc. He said that I was becoming a "responsible adult," and that he was proud of me for not having to rely on my brothers or anyone else for help anymore ( Read more... )
