i had a panic attack during italian today. i've only gotten 2 before in my life, but this was by far the worst one. randomly out of nowhere i couldn't breathe or stop shaking and i felt like my lungs were tightening up so much. i went to the bathroom and broke down hysterically crying for like 4 minutes. i don't know why or how it happened. rachel
