As the last post mentioned about the american conventions, well the most famous one by far is no doubt Anthrocon. Since starting it seems to have gained an incredible following. One day hopefully I'll be able to go.

Okay, so what on earth happened over the past couple of weeks? about 5 couples that I knew, have broken up. It sort of removes some of the negative feeling i had with me and Scalp. but it was still a shock if nothing else. So although i didn't attend Confuzzled this year (hopefully next year though!) It sounded as though it was a real blast and everyone seemed to have a good time considering that it was the first run of the event. I've had this album kicking around for a little while now but never made a note of listening to it all, mainly because it was on my desktop rather than my laptop. I shifted it onto my ipod the other day and since then I've been hooked on it. Its their first album in almost 30 years, and its very much like a best of album from those 30 years. So once again a late trip home from York having visited Diana, Chris and his new girlyfriend called Ave. Someone called Natalie joined us for a short while too which was nice. Ave and Natalie I hadn't met before, although Diana and Chris have quickly became good friends during this year and gives me a good excuse to continue my trips off to York. ( Read more... )
