Y'know, I forgot I even had a livejournal. But I am still alive and still living in Belleville and still working for that same small web company and still single, so my life is pretty much the same as the last time I was on here. Hope all of you readers of my livejournal are doing well.

It has been a couple of insane weeks at work. Why do people always want website work in January? We are now booked at over 100% capacity for the next 8 weeks and the phone keeps ringing. I realize this is a good thing, as long as we don't let the pressure kill us ( Read more... )

They say you never stop learning...I guess it is true. Today I learned that there is such a thing as Teflon Tape (I thought my Dad was crazy at first). It is used in pluming because it keeps things water tight, but can be removed, if needed.

So it's just over a week until Christmas and I'm tired of looking at green grass! It's ridiculous! I think New York state gets more snow than we do (we really should take pictures for my sister's American friends who think we live in igloos). So I went to see the oral surgeon today. I had a check up and I still had to pay for the operation. I tried to pay the day I got the surgery done but it went something like this ( Read more... )

So my face is getting less puffy, but now I have an ugly green bruise. It still hurts to open my mouth very far, but I've gone off the Tylenol 3's and haven't been sick since Saturday. I went to work today on extra strength Advil and managed to eat scrambled eggs for dinner. Over-all I would say I'm doing pretty good after my surgery.
