Dude it shouldn't be a felony I had under 20 grams, nigga I had under 7 grams actually, a scale and a bowl would constitute paraphernalia in my book, which is what I had on me.
My buddy got arrested for the 2 of the 3 same charges I have on me right now, and he says from the story I told him, and taking into account it's my first offense, I could get these charges dropped/significantly reduced and have the cops working desk jobs for a year, because there's no doubt they wont get fired.
OH MY GODDDD how can they just take your money and camera and shit and i dont understand why everything got blamed on you. I'm really really sorry that happened to you. My husband and I were arrested last summer because we got stopped by a road block and we were baked as fuck and they took our nice ass bong and a quarter and we almost got felonies and they tried to get my husband to rat on our dealer and shit and it was really really scary because they were telling us how long they were going to put him away for if he didnt give some names. Fuck the police. Hopefully you get off with something better than a fucking felony, in my experience with the cops they always try to scare the shit out of you and it ends up not being so bad. Good luck with everything though, i hope it does get reduced. Move to CALI and get a license to smoke that sweet ganja, i think we probably will eventually
I still don't have my camera back, my actual license got "lost in the fray", and I'm dealing with some pretty shitty offenses. This whole situation makes me want to crawl up in a ball and disappear. I'm so fucking over the way the world works and how cops with hard-ons treat people. The police report said I was arrested without incident but they forgot to mention how they got onto a personal level of insults and demeaning comments. I know they were trying to piss me off saying all that shit but I told them I was bipolar and I didn't want to lose my cool, and I didn't want anyone to get hurt, so I asked them to just stop but then they took it as a threat.
Everything is getting blown way the fuck out of proportion. I really hate life.
