They say that if you sleep in a fetal position you are seeking protection from the world. And as for the paralysis I had heard something about it a long time ago, but i cant recall it exactly. I'm just glad you dont stay paralyzed.

I sleep in the same position. I think It's because we need protection from the world around us. I've tried sleeping differently but I always wake up in the same position.
