Rhode Island got worst? I'd say CT drivers are the worst. Just me though.

HEY! CT drivers are much better then Rhode Island drivers...I actually thought New York would get it...driving over there can be scary!

Really! I actually read it for a class on children's/YA literature. It was a much different book for me (I know absolutely nothing about birds!) so I think I learned a lot reading it.
