So the new Shadows Fall album can basically be best used as a coaster to put your drink on while your listening to one of their two good albums. Its not as sludgy and uninspired as The War Within, but its just as dull, with the least energy that they've had in all the albums following Art of Balance. If not for that one I would not like them and
