I really, really like this line:

"Angry, hot tears of disbelief and anguish. And then cold tears of an even angrier reality, like a bucket of ice to my face: stinging, harsh, and broken with shards that threatened to rip the skin, to shred it."

I've cried like that but was never able to express it so well. It's just so perfect.

And the last line too, is stated so, so well.

I'm very sorry you're having...online good friends problems? (I am just guessing) I know that can just tear your heart out from experience. I..I really hope you can heal from this but it does take time.
