water park anyone?
Anyone down for a trip to Wild Waves? Haven't been there in absolute aaaaaages. I recently saw a friend's pics from there and it looks like it's still a ton of fun. Waterslides galore and everything. Realistic goals, eh?
I think a good one is "make it to Disneyland, the real Disneyland in California, by the end of 2010. I'd like to go for my bday, but I don't know if I can realistically go by the end of the year. At least I spent "2ish" bdays at Euro Disney (once in Oct as an "early getaway", and then again on my 24th bday :D )

as of late:
-Sat was Erika's baby shower, yay! It was wonderfully decorated. And we all seemed to have a good time, even if it was a bit awkward for me due to certain circumstances. Light rail is here!
Finally, Seattle is getting on the urban transit train, literally.
The first phase- Seattle -> Tukwila/ Tukwila -> Seattle officially opened on Monday and the second phase, Tukwila -> SeaTac Airport will open in December.
Apparently the next phase to open after the Airport at the end of the year, will be the First Hill/Capitol Hill Connector.

Baby showers lead to more contemplation
So, I went to a friend's baby shower today. It was lovely. The decorations were adorable, the food was cute, the weather was nice, all went well.
This made me think for a minute about how getting/being married and having children is (obviously?) no where near the right thing for me right now. I cannot see myself getting married aaaaaaaanytime in ( Read more... ) -
Life lessons learned
I was just thinking, all things considered, I'm glad I did what I did, took the route that I took after college. That is to say, I'm glad I took time off to work, and persue and and explore other interests rather than going to grad school directly after college (which some/many schools and/or people don't necessarily recommend as it doesn't allow ( Read more... ) -

So anyone.... please tell me the SYTYCDance tour is coming to Seatttle !?! I'd really love to see Phillip dance. Glad he gets to join the tour even though he was recently let go. I loved the routine with the chain.. also helped that I loved the song too ;) We'll see.

.. so why isn't anyone interviewing me? Maybe sending out apps Sat night isn't the brightest idea? My justification for this is that I want them to be near the top of whomever's email in box when it's opened Monday after the weekend away. hmpf.
