So Jake and I went back to court this past monday. They awarded him unsupervised visitation. I am so scared for my kids because I know as soon as one of them satrts crying or throwing a tantrum he is going to go off on them. The judge treated me like I was a lying piece of shit and Jake lied right to her face saying that he never kicked or did any

i don't know if you know this, holly, but i'm a therapist. i work with abused children on a daily basis. the daycare worker should have reported that to CPS. do you guys have passport or medicaid? therapy is free through seven counties if you have. you should look into it. seriously.

They do have passport, but they also have insurance through their dad so I don't know how that would work. Maddox hasn't really talked about the things his daddy did to him much since the last time he told his teacher so I guess he sees it as no one caring. The CPS worker interviewed his teacher, but she did nothing. I will definitely call on Monday to see about getting him in because he has had some severe changes in behavior since all of this has happened. He went from being a mostly sweet boy to always angry and violent little person. Sometimes I just don't know what to do. Its all so overwhelming at times that I sometimes just want to give up. Sorry I have gone on and on. Thanks for the advice Brandi I realy appreciate it.
