Hahha... Basically, it is the position of the baby's head in my pelvis.

"The "station" refers to the level of the presenting part (in most cases, the baby's head) in relation to the ischial spines of the pelvis. When the presenting part is at the level of the ischial spines the baby is said to be at 0 station, or engaged. Levels above the ischial spines are minus stations, levels below the ischial spines are plus stations. Stations are measured in centimeters." (pregnancytoday.com)
