..and by feeling the need to point this out, I really only prove my own dorkiness..

though I think I'd rather be a nerd. allow me, in another display of dorkiness, to explain:

a geek is a freak in a sideshow that bites the heads off chickens.

a dork is a whale penis.

the word nerd was invented by Dr. Seuss in one of his books.

...and hence my preference for the term nerd.

Yeah, I gotta agree withy ya. Classic Trek is really the way to go. Lots more social commentary when compared to newer editions of Trek. Also? Leonard Nimoy and DeForest Kelley kick ass.
