so today at the track meet in amesbury, i watched as a woman taking pictures of the girls discus throwers got nailed in the forehead by a discus--it was probably one of the scariest/bizarre things i've ever seen...

so we left at 11 the other night, and my mom drove across MA...then she let me take the wheel from connecticut all the way to Lenox Hill Hospital on East 77th in NYC--i literally drove from 1:16am until 4am! it was crazy! so we got to the hospital and stayed in the waiting room all night. it was well worth it, though, b/c at 12:29pm on february ( Read more... )
