Ok so my Hello Kitty is the New 30 Bday party is next month. I have been trying to find THE perfect dress, but nothing has caught my eye until now. I found two dresses I LOVE, but I just can't decide which one I want. Maybe someone here can help?

i love love LOVE the first one. i just finished watching transporter 3 and the chick sports a sequined mini dress the whole movie (she annoyed the hell outta me when she spoke tho) and i had to google sequined mini dresses right after. i think it would be super cute with some bright heels! omg i'm excited for you, lol.
