Yeah, I did it last year, but on a different blog. Since that one has kind of died, I figured I would do it on my own lj, and your plan seemed like a good way to keep track.

I'm fairly certain I'm missing a few since I didn't really keep track from day one last year and didn't keep up towards the end of the year either - seeing your beginning list made me recall I'd read Priestess of Avalon by Marion Zimmer Bradley at some point in the past year or so but whether it was between 1 January 2007 and 31 December 2007 I really don't know.

I do hope that you both started and finished that book after January 1st. Otherwise it's some kind of hybrid bastard book that doesn't belong on any list. That's how the hardcore folk roll - just ask Avery!

I know you like fantasy more, but if you're into fiction at all, read Choke, by Chuck Palanuik (wrote fight club). Same darkish feel to it, great read.

You're missing an integral book in the Herald-Mage trilogy... ;-)

And I'm not sure if any of us were ever to able to get you into Lynn Flewelling, but since the last time we spoke about her she's written a phenominal (and DARK) trilogy. And book 4 of Nightrunner is coming out this summer. Food for thought ;-)

Luck in the Shawdows, Stalking Darkness, Traitor's Moon, The Bone Doll's Twin, Hidden Warrior, and The Oracle's Queen.
