Anyone on tumblr? I seem to be spending more and more time over there. I don't have an account but that doesn't really prevent you from looking at most everything over there. But there do seem to be more and more things that amuse me over there than other places I'm looking these days. I was especially amused by this post:

I don't have a Tumblr account but I find myself rather amused by random things I find on Tumblr. My friend's 16 year old daughter informed me that Tumblr is in and Facebook is out. I guess as soon as parents and grandparents started getting into Facebook, the teens and tweens had to find somewhere else where they could be all angsty. :)

I haven't seen an account for Henry VIII, but that would be hysterical! I am also going to have to start looking at Eleanor's Facebook page. Even if it is Eleanor now and not Eleanor then.

Any tumblr accounts you enjoy looking at on a semi regular basis? I don't think I could sustain myself on tumblr alone, especially since so much of it is solely image based. I need to talk in longer sentences than most people do over there! But I can see why it is popular with the teens...and frankly if I was a parent, I'd rather they were on tumblr under a made up account name than on facebook with their real name.

Hahahahaha, we totally need Henr VIII and all those glorious nutcases from back then to appear on tumblr (or, lj, come to think of that). I'd totally root for a Pope Alexander VI account!

Was just thinking of you today as I booked tickets to a sing a long showing of one of your (not) favorite movies! Ha ha! That and I will be in Germany next month...so close and yet so far away from you!

*tempt* *tempt* *tempt* DO IT!

My parents and I are going to Cologne, Nuremberg, and Munich for the Christmas markets. We will be in Munich from the afternoon of December 21st and then fly home on the 23rd. Its a quick trip as those were days where we could get a super cheap airfare.

I know, I do! But you need to come and visit me again as well!

I'm on fb but not really active. I'm trying to limit my social networking because otherwise id be online at all hours at all times and it doesn't help when you have internet access at all times with a smart phone. I think I would have been on the JMBB constantly if the smartphones had been as popular back then as they are now.
