Got my copy of Leigh Bardugo's "Ruin and Rising" on Friday. The only time in my life I've ever gotten a book I wanted ahead of its release day so that was a nice surprise!

There is a nice shout out in the acknowledgements to the Brotherhood Without Banners and our parties under the Team Book Pusher section.

No personal shout outs this time but I think its better to mention the group as a whole instead of risking leaving people out.

I had pre-ordered the special edition from Barnes and Noble because of course I needed the extra Darkling chapter. First time in a long time I've purchased something there. Might have to do it more often if they are going to get me books early.

I just have the regular edition, and I probably won't actually get to read it until next week. We'll be on vacation, so I'll be able to devour it all at once!

Ah. Well let me know when you are finished even if its not for a week or two. There are a few things I am just not sure about so I want to get someone else's opinion on them. And I don't know anyone else who is reading it or has read it yet.

And there are some hysterical comments in other people's reviews that I want to share because they are so lulz.
