Put together ten quarts of dill pickles last night. Gee, that was easy. I shall do more.

So Fox didn't come home for two days. Extremely odd. Which made me wonder where I last saw her. Hmm. Gardening. Shop door open. Hmm. Sure enough, she snuck inside and got locked in.

According to Accuweather, it is -122F outside. I suspect the service is a tad more unreliable than usual.

My guardian lions have been mounted on the gateposts. They have solar powered spotlights. Cool stuff. Tomorrow the walls will get capped, and the holes filled. I am so ready for the gate...as the roses are tired of being deer delicacies.
