im not a fan of winter as it is but i dislike it even more because of the effects it has on me. Im bipolar and im having troubles especially this winter. When you don't get enough rays from the sun you can feel down or become depressed (anyone can get this) but it hits me hard. The thing that drives me crazy is i can't control it.
