Ok, so I think we've decided its time for Amaya's first official haircut. She wont let me put it up in barettes, pigtails, ponytail.. nothing. So, though it looks ok when I first "do" it in the morning, about an hour later it just looks scraggly and blah'ish. Sooooo.... So cool... I was bored and reading thru some friends friends lj's... and found someone who lives in the same city as me and has a daughter it appears around the same age, and her name is.... Amaya! And we thought our daughter had a unique name... hehehe.

I am SOOOOOO upset right now. I think with all the hustle and bustle of Hanukah and Christmas at 3 places I have misplaced Amaya's First Year Calendar. Im sure it got tossed out with all the papers and stuff :( I kept everything in there too.... what she did every day, her "Firsts", what she weighed... everything ( Read more... )

Amaya went to bed shortly after 11:30 last night, it is currently 9:50... she is STILL sleeping. After a small freakout when I woke up, I went to her nursery to find her sound asleep, hands above her head. I could get used to this!

Amaya has been sleeping since noon. It is now 5:30pm. I think Im going to be in for a LONG night!

Life has been super duper great lately. Amaya is SUCH a good little baby, I feel very lucky. She loves to cuddle and let me read to her, and we listen to music, and sing songs all day long. Although.. she has quite the interest in TV. So, I do let her watch... all those "kids" type shows... and she sure knows what she does and doesnt like. She ( Read more... )
