fucking finally i caved in

it consisted of:

-1 chicken salad sandwich 275calories

-a handful of macadamia nuts

and a couple chocolate macadamia nuts

please someone tell me that's not a lot =[

ughhh

i purged until there was nothing left

i'm going to work out excessively today, i don't care

this is awful
