it was really going well first half of the day, and all of a sudden when lunch ended i was like bipolar and became really sad and all bad moody

I took my first lesson in like 10years, to snowboard for my first time. I got the hang of it when I went down my ONE run.
I was there for a week.
That was the only time I was in the snow.
I got strep throat that night of snowboarding.
