I went to a fireworks show in one the few cities where it's still legal. It's my wife's favorite holiday and we had a great time. we found a spot in the back, behind the speakers aimed at the crowd, where we were virtually under the explosions. We had a clear view of the crew running the show. They had big goofy helmets on to protect them from

Heh. I spent most of the day tooling around on the internet while my husband and friends played D&D. I'll admit that it was kind of lame. The only nice thing was that I got to hang out with some friends for last time before our move to LA.
