I hope everyone had a nice weekend.  It is absolutely gorgeous here today.  High of 83, low of 57 and not a cloud in the sky.  Have I mentioned that I love fall? ( my weekend )

**You're right. My husband tells me things that his friends have asked him to keep secret because he knows that he can trust me. I've never given him any reason not to, and I know I'd break his trust if I told Aubrey.**

To me you've answered your own question. This whole thing is about your relationship with you and your hubby and it sounds like you guys have a wonderful, TRUSTING relationship.

This sounds like if you told, you and your husband would be put in the middle and that's a bad place to be.

Trust me, she will find out on her own when the time is right.

Chances are she does suspect something. Although I would not come out and tell her, I would answer any questions truthfully if she were to ask. At this point (if confronted) he may lie and say that it was purely speculation on your part or that you were motivated by something other than friendship.

Ed is such a scumbag. Aubrey just lost her mother, for godssake. And now I'm convinced that W chick is definitely bad news. Maybe you can find another way to show her what's going on without betraying your husband's confidance. Your husband really ought to think about the quality of the people he chooses to be friends with. The whole thing makes me ill to my stomach.
