I have nixed the other 2 boiler houses I had built in lieu of 1 large one. This one now worked from 4 superior paper kits has 4 large tall stacks that were scratch built. Good 'ol .06 styrene. I decided to use it as the basis for my scratch built revised cast house design that will be applied to Furnaces E and F. I decided to go with a Bethlehem look and increase the pitch significantly from the kit version. I completed F furnace but have yet to do E Furnace. The Highline extension is complete which added the additional 3 foot section to the highline making it a total of 9 feet right now. So what now?...another 2 feet on top of that. I have sold off the entire EAF works and will be weathering it before final shipment. I'll be posting a few images of it here once they are ready as well. This was the first step in preparing for the Sinter Plant build once the Highline Extension is complete and weathered. Finished the build on the cooling towers. The fans are scratch built and the large fin type item is a heat sink from a computer graphics card actually.

Being as though I have not done a major build in quite a while I'm playing with the idea of moving foward on the Sinter Plant. You know it wasn't until I layed the highline extension on the foundation that I noticed my MDF base board had warped. I noticed it by eyeballing the highline from the opposite end 6 feet down the line to see how straight it was. The reason?
