started welding today. it was pretty cool. but one of the dumb-ass freshman was welding and didnt tell us he was starting-which he was supposed to-and i didnt get my shield down in time and i got arch flash: welding puts out UV rays which , depending on the area you are in, can be 10 time more powerful than the sun, and if you dont have protection

its super fun! i love it so much...but my eyes hurt like a bitch right now. the only place i can be without them hurting is in a dark room, and even watching tv or being on the comp. hurts my eyes... =(
