I've recently begun a study in craniosacral work with an amazing teacher in the area. Actually, I'm doing the full certification program which involves about eight weekends and several other random days of class, exchanges with classmates, receiving professional sessions, and client records. We just got back from square dancing at the Tractor Tavern for a friend's birthday. I don't think I've done anything like that since elementary school (if ever).

It was so much fun! I'm totally going back. I like spinning myself into dizziness. Good times.

Last week we went with some friends to the Triple Door to see a group we had never even heard of. But, Das Vibenbass ended up playing an awesome show. They had a bass, vibraphone, drum set, and a tenor sax and I totally recommend them as a good local act. I want to go see them again.
