I saw a really twisted article on weight loss today... It basically told people to take protien out of their diets (because heavier people seemed to eat a lot of protien) if they wanted to lose weight fast. First of all, protien builds muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat. The "heavier people" aren't neccessarily fat. Second of all, it isn't ( Read more... )

Today I got a disturbing phone call. Last year, I had a riding instructor who said he was from France, recieved training from olympians there, and moved to America for better business.
