so im listening to The Banned's "Songs of Innocence and Experience", and at the end of "The System", you can hear one of the Mannings laugh. It sounds like Bill. The point is I've never heard it before, but its quite obvious...ive been hearing bits of songs that i haven't ever before, and its nice. So which Manning is it?
I have a junior liscence.

Isn't it at the end of "Words" not "the system"?

I think it's Words because I recorded the vocals as I heard James's solo at the end for the first time ever. And I laughed at how insane/awesome/funny/rock'n'roll it is.

That solo is so awesome that Charles said it sounded like "a Johnny Thunders solo inspired by too many forties." Fuckin' James.
