I think this was a very helpfull reply. If not to the original person, then at least to me. Ive been freaking out because I had a treat tonight. But it's not something I do ALL the time, and so it's okay. I think the lonely thing is true too, I like to obsess about things when I dont want to face emotion. Thanx for making me feel less alone :)
i'm going through the same as you. it's fucking crap being healthy sometimes, but you know it isn't worth going back to the other option really. still, that doesn't mean you shouldn't eat right and exercise. when i'm feeling fed up and fat i just go for a run. you can help calm the urges to stop eating by eating healthy food sometimes. you need to realise though, now you're recovered (at least recovering) you can eat whatever you like! you're freee! go eat chips and icecream. together! take care of yourself. cravings only come when you deny your body. don't fall back into being a slave for food.
