Can I add some of them to my website? (As soon as it's up again that is. lol I've been having bad server luck!)

As for this year, I'm not sure I will go to D*C yet. I haven't planned anything!
I haven't even started looking at plane tickets for my trip to see family in France yet.

I really should make an effort to attend at least one convention to see people... probably something in the fall, so I at least attempt to get my thesis finished on time! It would be nice to see you again, definitely! Maybe even cosplay together!

I was pondering breaking my fervent years-long boycott of Otakon if enough of my friends end up going...

I've been moving Gizel around the way someone moves peas around in their plate hoping to make it look more "eaten"... it just doesn't work with costumes... lol I have to admit my motivation for cosplay isn't what it used to be, I have bigger things to work on (like my house!) but I'd like to finish some of these costumes.

If you have any extra shots of Gizel it would be great, my main issue being WHAT DOES THE BACK LOOK LIKE? So if you can help on that front (har har I made a funny), it would be great!

Ooh steampunk in the artist alley? That sounds fun. You should definitely make an outfit, I think that look would be really good on you, and like you mentioned, it's really low maintenance. The more used and frumpy it looks, the better!

And I wouldn't worry about missing Katsucon; there wasn't much to miss!

I've made a new year resolution to do cosplay again after the 8 year hiatus. However, like most things in this country ... everything is absolutely cliquish and I have no interest in hanging out with some of the people here anyway. I don't suppose you need another cosplayer? I'll try to plan my time around it and fly over if possible. ^^

It's been so long since we did anything together~! And you know I'll always have a spot for you! If you're coming, you should visit for a bit longer, too, it would be awesome to spent time together again after all these years!

Do you use AIM? I'm often up early in the morning to chat with a dear friend of mine in Japan, so we could chat as well! (Darn time differences!)

Yay!!! I'll be more than happy to come over :) However, I can probably at most only stay a week because of horrible project manager and a very chauvinistic home minister. Please let me know which character from what work and I'll start studying up on it - I should probably use this time to get into shape, but did I tell you I managed to "shrink" my hips a bit? :D

I do have AIM but I don't always get on. Mine's fuchsiaky for both AIM and Yahoo. I'm currently 13 hours ahead of you.
