Last night I got really sick to my stomache and I still feel that way. But anyways, I woke sean up, and he started being a prick and fighting with me and in the midst of all the yelling at me and stuff, he proceeds to tell me that if we dont have 250$ by today we will get an eviction notice..o_0 ( Read more... )

Don't pay! Your landlord should have a copy of your lease with your signatures, ask him to see it. you didn't get a written notice and no matter what your lease says it can't go against oregon law. If he tries to evict him, let him and then take him to court.
