The mentality of thirteen year old girls amazes me

The following is an exerpt of a roleplay forum website where we use celebrities to represent our characters. It's rather shallow...and full of shallow little 13 year old girls. If you read this from bottom to top, you'll see my anguish. I'm Rina [Troy|| Perseaus]...thought I'd share this tid bit with you.

I discovered Tori when i was 12(i was a pretty cool 12 year old if i do say so myself) all the other girls in my school were like "she's weird" and hated her music, which of course, never put me off as they hated most things i liked(with them not being nike and take that, and so on)
When "cornflake girl"came out (i was 14 by then)they bacame "TORI FANS" for a whole two weeks(it made me sick, they only liked it because it climbed the charts and she was on top of the pops)the funny thing is they were going around school, you know, flicking their hair and thinking their beautiful going "We're cornflake girls" I just smiled at them and said "yes you are and that's something i could never be" they thought that i was complimenting them and putting myself down!HA one of my fave school memories

It is difficult for people without depth of character to even grasp Tori. I have been listening to her for over 15 years now and I still gain insight into her early work. She packs so much depth in everything she produces, if people don't get it, I just say they can stay in the shallow end, they'd probably drown out here!
