I relate to this so much. This is nearly exactly what I felt at the end of high school.
I know it doesn't help much, but my best advice is just let college happen. It is pretty intimidating, I know, but it's the biggest opportunity ever to meet new people and try new things. And how you mentioned it as a turning point--maybe, but it's not so different from high school. You still live in kind of a bubble away from the real world, so don't fret!
Don't stress too much about college being the "perfect life-changing moment" or whatever. Just roll with the punches and try to do as well as you can and try to have some fun too. It's all about balance
