Dear, you just hit the nail on the head for my situation. Every single last bit, except the fact that we never dated. After it all went down and the person stopped communicating, my trust issues worsened and I have been very insecure about it. The person has just been giving me bullshit, never attempts to talk to me, and has never told me where I stand and why things didn't work. That's all I want to know for closure, but they won't even give me that. They claimed to want to remain friends, but they haven't put any effort into it at all. It's been eating me alive for several months and it's extremely hard for me to just let it go.

Well of course I use "dated" as an umbrella term because it's easier than "went out a few times, but not seriously, but more than friends, but maybe not." Just like if a person and I are seeing each other I'll refer to them as "boyfriend" or what have you because it's easier than saying "this guy I date, but can't have emotional ties with, but we're a little more than friends, but we're still friends, but we date."

I hate this game. It's way harder than it was in high school.

I am glad you posted this too. I'm so sick of men doing this, whether it is to girls or other guys. If men have the BALLZ they claim they have----they can use them to actually explain to us why they stopped talking or any other thing that bothered them.

Sorry to disappoint you dear, but I've dated 3 girls thus far, and all three broke up with me.
Besides, concerning the first two girls, we didn't even get past 2nd base.
