When I can't sleep, I picture my life in five-ten-fifteen years. Who will be in it, where I will live, what I will do, what changes I will have gone through, how the world will be different. Last night Taylor and I met a rogue kitty named Ernest. He was stuck in a tree and we coaxed him down. He was the color of butter and so so soft. We pet him for a while, called his parents to let them know where he was, and walked inside. Maybe he's still out there and I can go play with him before I leave for work.
