nothing wrong with being open about sex... i think its perfectly fine... i'm more offended by people that use sex without any respect, any care for the other person... like my last girlfriend... mistaking sex for love...

I laugh at this now, but when I was 13 my boyfriend at the time said "sleep with more or else you're dumped" "if you don't sleep with me that means you don't love me" and so on. Since that I've decided not to bother with relationships or being serious. I want the first time I have sex to be with someone who I know cares about me and respects me, a close male friend even. I want my first time to be special, not just with any old geezer of the street in a public loo.

good idea... because i have to say, my first time ended up being with somebody that turned around and slept with somebody else within a week... it more or less ruined it. don't feel like you need to rush anything. take your time, and figure out for sure what you want... and that you care for and trust the person, and they for you.

i think guys are more open about sex because for them its more of a physical thing, while girls see it as an emotional attatchment. Or i could be completely wrong.

I think you're right but to an extent. Everyone will have their own opinions. I don't think I see sex so much as an 'emotional attachment' but I can't really answer that until I've experienced it.
