Co-workers are a great source of amusement. Rarely though, are they a great source of both amusement and relaxation. One of my co-workers (let's call him Hiram cause that's his name) I just met today. He wasn't at work yesterday because he just wasn't feeling up to it. He showed up today with his head shaved and he's not quite sure who did it ( Read more... )

Good Job JW guy!
Now, show the world how to eat paste! You could make a world wide event of it and call it "Paste Aid". It would be a charity benefit for starving children in africa. Fuck ya!

Man, I'd have to say that your co-worker is a genious. Construction/road crews must have figured this trick out hundreds of years ago, and adapted it to crews of an infinite number of people, where one guy can do something and the others can wait patiently until it's their turn to do something.

Not that I can really claim to work hard either...In the 8 hours I was at the pool, I probably 'worked' for...let's see.. 45 minutes between 1 and 4..not at all between 4 and 6.. 15 minutes between 6 and 8..and 30 minutes between 8 and 9. As I thought, 90 minutes of guarding in 480 minutes of being paid. The rest of the time I was biking outside, scaring myself silly in the basement, or breaking pool rules because nobody else was around. We should switch jobs some day. I don't think anyone would notice!

I'd also have to say that I'm not a genius for not spelling genius right. I just read the whole Miramichi Leader though, so can you blame me? Rife with the wrong then/than and horrible errors like "she would of died", my brain is definitely imploding.

Back at the Student Centre in Miramichi we used to have notorious trouble getting people to actually stay on at SwimTyme pools. You're a brave one, Mr. Blakely.
