im not a personal fan of Ianto/Owen but hey at least Tosh looks like she might be getting some out of it WOO! go Tosh ( im a tosh lover as well as I/J)
The I/J was done really well, simple but elegant in its own way. i liked that part the best.
As for the Owen/Ianto, well I do like it, but in this case at least it's not supposed to be a happily ever after type relationship. Just about two people using each other to get what they need to get them through a difficult time.
What I like about this is that what Owen and Ianto are doing doesn't even pretend to be romantic, or anything else except a substitute for Jack. They don't break up when he comes back because they don't really have anything to break. Jack returns and it's like taking a bookmark out of a book and picking up where you left off.
