5 Stitches Non The Richer

In the process of making a late lunch I was separating frozen hot dogs with a very sharp knife. I thought to myself "This is a bad idea" and then it was. It worked well, a little too well. Separated the hot dogs and then just kept going! It sliced my finger open pretty good. Middle finger (my most used finger!) on the left hand, about 1 inch long

Better than the way I cut my hand. I was trying to prove to John (or was he trying to prove to me?) that if he was being mugged, he wouldn't be able to pull out his hidden credit card knife thingy from his wallet fast enough. I reached for his wallet, he pulled the knife out, and we collided in the process. If the mugger was anything like me he would be at least shocked, and I already *knew* he was pulling out a knife.

i cut open my finger (index of left hand) with a bread knife while cutting a bagel in half... so i feel your pain
although I only got 3 stitches, but I missed my soccer game that night and was pretty upset.
