Today I bought a $100 bike seat for $7
It has been one week of work and I am very tan
I had to kill cucumber beetles with my bare hands the other day and it made my heart hurt
I have planted well over 300 plants this week
My ears and the back of my neck were scorched by the sun
I got a haircut

I am living in a yurt this summer and working on an organic farm.
I will be spending my last semester in college studying Indian Classical Music and culture in Pune, India.
I will wander around India for a month after the semester is over.
I am living the life.

I've been pretty happy as of recent. Playing in a band makes me happy. Being almost done learning all of my pieces for my recital makes me happy. Cooking delicious food makes me happy. I'm currently in the process of salvaging a semester. I technically failed my piano barrier, which meant that I would have had to retake piano again next semester, and got an F on my report card. last night i was riding my bike home at around 11:15 and my chain jumped and my foot slipped off the pedal and i went down in the middle of the busiest intersection in town, and somehow just as quick as i went down, i was up on my feet again. one of my friends who saw happen from down the street came running to see how i was, and someone who i don' ( Read more... )
